Shafaq News/ The MP of the Iraqia List, described Thursday, the position of Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi towards the Iraqi judiciary, which he counted as corrupted and politicized as not correct . He pointed out that the latter kept "silent on the pains of Iraqis,
but he did not remain silent towards his personal pains," noting that the tragic situation Iraq living requires the resignation of the government with all its parties. The MP of the Iraqia List, Hamid al-Mutlaq said to "Shafaq News"The Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi, demanded to transfer investigations about the charges against him to the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, stressing the need for participation of representatives of the Arab League and the Union of Arab Jurists in the investigations, as he pointed out that the Iraqi judiciary lost its autonomy and became politicized.The Supreme Judicial Council announced last Monday, the issuance of a decision of Prevention of Vice President Tariq al-Hashemi, and a number of his protection elements from traveling outside Iraq, in order to "open investigation files on suspicion of involvement in terrorist operations by his protection elements .""Tragic conditions experienced by Iraq, is the responsibility of all politicians who took their chance to destroy the Iraqis and the government with all its parties should resign, and the National Alliance is to form a new government."
