Shafaq News/ The cultural center Hall of Khanaqin, hosted in collaboration with the Center of Miroiri, Kurdish artist and writer Khosrow Aljaff who  presented a lecture on art and Kurdish culture and their role in the lives of the people of Kurdistan, as well as documentary film." that the " Cultural center of Khanaqin in cooperation with cultural Mkz Miroiri, hosted on Monday evening, the writer and artist the Engineer Khosrow Aljaff," The official of the center Majid Shaliar said in a statement to "Shafaq  News, adding that he "gave a lecture in which he addressed the cultural, artistic in Kurdistan and their link to life and their mutual  impact. ""A documentary film produced by Engineer Khosrow presented in chamber to increase the definition of Kurdish cultural and artistic reality." He said.Shaliar said that " Aljaff called on the government to  pay more attention to artists and intellectuals as they are  vanguard of society and the address of its vitality," noting that "The government has not so far  done its work as its duty dictates to take care of artists, intellectuals, and it has to  remedy that."

He said that "Aljaff  expressed his delight at visiting the city of Khanaqin and meeting its people, whom he described as having high original taste in art and culture," adding that he "wished paying more attention to their particular sect  of intellectuals and artists."

He said that "The groups of intellectuals, artists, journalists and disciples of the artist and the writer Khosrow crowded in the seminar hall and filled the place."

Khosrow Aljaff , is an architect, painter and poet, writer and translator  who devoted his pen in various creative fields, and he is  a novelist and storyteller who has a place in contemporary Iraqi  and Kurdish literature.
