Imprisonment and dismissal for those involved and negligent after the results of investigations of the crisis of Zakho wines appearance .

Shafaq News/ Official sources in the Kurdistan Region said, on Monday, that the results of the investigations conducted by the Committee of the Presidency of the Region and the government in charge over the events that took place earlier this month in Dohuk, will appear this week, . The issuance of sanctions against those involved, is likely to  include the removal of officials and imprisonment of some by periods of up to two years.The spokesman of the Kurdistan Democratic Party and a member of political bureau Ibrahim Ja’afar, confirmed the news saying that "the Committee in charge of raised the investigative report to the region's president Massoud Barzani," adding that "the results of those investigations will appear this week and will be posted for public opinion."

"The president of the region and the government will issue the appropriate resolutions about the changes that will be made in the province of Dohuk, in the light of the findings of the investigation Commission authorities." He explained.

And on limiting the punishment of those responsible  by expulsion from office or that there are other sanctions will affect the others, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior in the Kurdistan Regional Government Fa’iq Tawfiq confirmed that "Although we did  not see the results of those investigations so far, but there are some penalties will be issued against some people , up to imprisonment for a period of two years. "

In the same context, the Director General of Police of the Kurdistan Region, Major General Abdullah Ghilani indicated that "Things, about making  some changes in positions of officials in these areas will be clarified this week.’

The head of the committee that was commissioned by the region president Massoud Barzani, for  the investigation in this case, the judge Azad Mulla Fendi confirmed the news that talked about the Committee raising its report to the president of the region, saying that "we can not permit the contents of the report," saying only that "the Commission raised its report to the president of the region."
