Shafaq News/ The poet Kurdish Qubath Geli Zadah, Wednesday, accused Chairman of the Committee of Religious Endowments in the Parliament of the Kurdistan Region as "leaving behind" the powers of the government and the judiciary power after he had issued
a decision carried out by the security forces to collect his book " Icy bra is filled with starlings " from the market, noting that the prosecution in the region litigated against him without the presence of any complainant."Chairman of the Committee of Religious Endowments in the regional parliament Bashir Haddad issued a decision to withdraw my volume (Icy bra is filled with starlings ), and the security forces collected it from the market. The poet Qubath Geli Zadah said to "Shafaq News","The attack, which I was subjected to by the clergy, was caused by the interpretation of the apparent meaning of poems and they did not take care of the inner implications, and I did not touch the sacred self, but my poems have mystical content." He added.It is said that the Ministry of Culture in the Region of Kurdistan had counted , earlier the trial of the poet Qubath Geli Zadah by the judiciary power in the region, as confiscation of freedom of expression, pointing out that there are some clergy working to distract the Kurdish people from its national issues and occupy it in religious things.
