Shafaq News / Barzani counted what happened in Zakho and Dohuk as out of all laws and traditions, calling it as alien culture to the Kurdish people, which committed through the stages of history the culture of acceptance of others. He does not hide the role of his party as a major party in power that seeks to achieve security, stability and progress in the region and the prevention of external risks, and he is surprised of the emergence of a new culture at home its people denied and he described it as "abnormal,". Also he does not hide his national aspirations from the results of the positive changes taking place in the region, hoping his countrymen in other parts of Kurdistan to get their rights and he warns of opening the door of the region in front of similar conflicts. He Does not miss to indicate some of the flaws in the security system and he  is stressed there  should have been more serious efforts for dealing with what happened.Barzani said , "Once again the chaos and destruction is headed from abroad, which is regretfully  out from  all laws and traditions , in some areas of the region of Kurdistan, which worries us a lot. This time the order came away from the religious, cultural and social norms commitment, where some people move the culture of the phenomenon of vandalism, arson and destruction to Kurdistan, which is undoubtedly a strange phenomenon for our people. We are proud that our people always committed to a culture of acceptance of others, and it was so throughout history and there is no excuse for this apparent anomaly. "

"This mess comes at a time when the region is witnessing major changes and we are waiting the Kurds in other parts of Kurdistan to receive their rights, so we believe that at this sensitive stage any conflict of this kind should not be opened to put the supreme interests of our people in front of our eyes and so to preserve the safety and tranquility, brotherhood and coexistence. "He added.

Barzani explains what happened in Dohuk by saying that "Recent events in Zakho and other areas where the illegal and unjustified attack, against  the properties and funds of our brothers the Christians, and Izidis, that caused extensive damage to hotels and tourist facilities, is a phenomenon of concern and sadness and it was noticed that some people attacked  the parties  headquarters and public places as well as  the headquarters of the Islamic Union during the occurrence of the clutter, in order to deepen the chaos, ". He expressed the concern for what happened.

Barzani concludes what he wrote with some wishes alluding to the law and authority of the president and the parliament of Kurdistan: "I wish all political parties and civil society organizations and media institutions and dear citizens, within Kurdistan to be in the level of historical responsibility and seek to solve the crisis through dialogue and legal means and give the opportunity for the judiciary committees formed by the president of the region to carry out their duties they were assigned, because the law is above everything and that the Kurdistan Parliament, which represents all the citizens of the Kurdistan Region is the only authority of any decision on any matter where there are interests of the people and the region. "
