Ali Hussein Faily: National feeling is our capital

Shafaq "Ali Hussein Faily Member of Parliament of Kurdistan said in an interview with the newspaper (Haw Lear) …

in its issue No. (917): The Iraqi Supreme Criminal Court's decision in Baghdad . the issue of the Faily Kurds, had founded a new phase, because the Faily people have been subjected to such crimes because they belong to the Kurds. Today the law provided them with the right to defend themselves, but certain mechanisms should be found by which they can get compensations for material and moral damages caused to them, especially most of them  are still living outside the home in various exiles. In answering a question about the impact of this decision to increase the national sentiment of the Faily Kurds, Ali Faily said: "This matter requires that the Kurdish leadership exerts its efforts to support them in the recovery of their rights because it is in fact the Faily Kurds have worries about their returning to Iraq without being received by anyone ."Stressing :"The security, cultural and geographical as well as the political situation have left an impact on the areas where Faily Kurds live to the extent that , some of them  changed their national identity to Arab nationality, to avoid the evils and harass of  the enemy, but despite  of that, every Faily considers himself as authentic Kurdish. " He expressed his concern that Kurdistani authorities might become satisfied with what had been issued by the court about those who had been killed and died. This matter is regarded a major problem for people who are nominated as living martyrs, because their identity and history are looted so far. The Kurdistani leadership deals with them only on the basis of the number of votes that it reaped in the elections, while the election is regarded as  a political issue, which is subjected to fluctuation in its results, but the sense of national identity is the only capital, which has remained constant with the Faily Kurds.
As for the numbers of the aggrieved Faily Kurds he said "According to official statistics, there are (136) thousand Kurdish families that had been deported from the country, and for the rest, nobody can asses their exact number except when a reliable census is done.
