Shafaq The number of college graduates who have no available opportunities for recruitment in the ministries…

and the state departments is increasing day after day ,despite Iraq possessed a very large budget compared to his counterparts in the region. Shafaq conducted a dialogue with Mr. Walid Hussein, director of the Office of Media in the Ministry of Education:
* First of all, could you brief us on the numbers of grades and the appointments mechanism initiated by the Ministry of Education recently?
- The Ministry of Education launched on Thursday 10-3 until 10 / 4 the appointments of ten thousands degrees, six thousand degrees for primary  school  teachers and four thousand degrees intended to be for  high school teachers in Baghdad and the governorates, depending on two mechanisms, the first is what  the Directorate need, and the second is according to population density for the specific area.

* Do not you think that 10 thousand degrees are not commensurate with the numbers of applicants for appointments?
- True, these degrees are few compared to the proportion of applicants whether they are males and females in Baghdad and the governorates
* What is the number of mud schools in Iraq?
- I think the number of mud schools in Iraq is (1012) schools . This year, with the help of God willing, we will end up this shameful issue.

* We have received information about the existence of schools whose classrooms contain large numbers of students, what is  the validity of this information?
- Yes, currently there are a large number of schools with double and triple time, and there are a number of schools whose classes are overcrowded  with more than 70 students in one class
