negligence " and " carelessness" of daily life  requirements provisions .The human rights  activist ,the manager of the " Anki for Arts" organization Roa'a Alnaimi said in a talk to Shafaq : " The reality of the youth rehabilitation and reformation center in Rasafa is painful ." ." The ministry of work and social affairs is responsible for the carelessness in the daily life requirements provision for the young boarders confined in the center because it is in charge of this respect ."She added.

For his part the general director  of the performance watch and rights protection  in the ministry of the human rights confirmed the existence of lingering in the daily life requirements provision for the young detainees inside the centre calling the " Anki for Arts "organization to submit a report to the ministry to follow up the affairs that the organization could uncover .

Shafaq foundation of Media and Culture attempted zealously to contact the ministry in order to inform it about what " Anki For Arts' organization revealed about the  sufferings  of the center's boarders , but we could not.
