the genocide to the world society  and under the supervision of Dr. Kawa Mahmoud, the proxy Minister of Martyrs and Anfal , the Advisory Board concerning in the introduction of the genocide against the people of Kurdistan internationally held its first meeting on 30.12.2010 in Erbil,  to discuss the  programs of the preparations of the conference of genocide that will be held next March in the Norwegian Parliament, and on the inclusion of the issue of the Faily Kurds, which was regarded by  the High Criminal Court  as collective genocide  in the report of the Committee which will be submitted to the Norwegian Parliament.
Minister of Martyrs and Anfal, Dr. Kawa, Mahmoud in an interview with Shafaq said;" When the Advisory Board met it discussed the introduction of genocide against the Kurdish people and all Kurdistan in the general sense .It is meant to introduce all crimes ,some of  which are  the Anfal crimes and the chemical bombardment of the city of Halabja and  the crimes which were committed against our people of the Faily Kurds. "
He added :" By talking about chemical attacks  we do not mean only that of  the city of Halabja, but also other areas that were bombed as well, such as Badinan, Baddisan, Sheikh Wisan and other areas."
"The Faily Kurds are one of the key segments of our Kurdish people such as the Aiyzidians, Shabak, whom were subjected to heinous crimes, including looting of national identity." he explained.

He continued:"Faily Kurds were subjected to forced displacement, and their youth being made "disappeared" and the confiscation of their movable and immovable properties, and other crimes, which are regarded as crimes of genocide."
He stressed that "It is hoped to raise the issue of genocide in the conference to be held in Norway, and we will refer in the report which will be submitted to the Norwegian Parliament to all the crimes committed against the Kurdish people, depending on the documents available to us, including crimes committed against the Faily Kurds ".
For his part, the member of the regional parliament and chairman of the Committee of Martyrs and Anfal in Parliament" Sabah Bait Allah" said in an interview with Shafaq "The first meeting of the Advisory Board, which was held under the supervision of the proxy Minister of Martyrs and Anfal, Dr. Kawa, Mahmoud, a committee has been formed for the introduction of the genocide crimes in general all over the world. The crimes of the Anfal and Halabja city bombing, and crimes committed against the Faily Kurds are included as well "
And on the geography of the Faily Kurds, who live outside the Region, Bait Allah

said:"The geography of the Faily Kurdish is not an obstacle. It does not affect the process of the case, i.e. when it is said (genocide of the Kurdish people and Kurdistan) it includes all the Kurds, including the Faily Kurds. They are an integral part of Kurdish people, and there is no difference between them and other segments of the Kurdish people. "
It is notable that The High Criminal Court has issued a ruling in the case of the Faily Kurds in 29/11/2010, regarding the crimes committed against them as (crimes of genocide).
