President Massoud Barzani confirmed in many occasions that the Kurds and the rest of the segments of Kurdish society are the components of the Kurdish people that we should not look at them that they are a minority, and they are so in the Democratic Party Kurdistan).
He added: (In spite of what the last party conference had achieved whose results that came out we appreciate, we hope that these results are reflected positively on the real status of Kurdistan and they achieve what we aspire for the Kurdish people. We have not to forget that we are still at the beginning of the road and we did not advance to the level of other nations, which went a long way in the path of democracy, but this experience causes happiness and we hope that the Party takes a clear strategy about the Kurds outside the region).
Ali Hussein Faily showed  the need for the Democratic Party's  stands as it happened  in the past with the Faily  Kurds and the rest of the components of the Kurdish  nation : ( I think it is necessary that the party stands with the Faily Kurds and the rest of the nation's components not only in the conference  or  according to the statistics or the rule of the majority and the minority, but  also to deal with these components as the immortal Mullah Mustafa Barzani dealt with them .)
