said in an interview with Shafaq: (I emigrated from Iraq in 1980 as a result of the repressive policies of the former regime and I had been working in the Ministry of Agriculture since 1978 under the central designation disciplines and today, after I came back to Iraq, I went to the Ministry of Agriculture in order to return to my former job.  According to the procedures applied in all ministries concerning the reappointment of the displaced or migrated politicians the Ministry of Agriculture wanted  a recommendation   from the Ministry of Displacement and Migration to prove that I was an immigrant to make them approve to return me to my job, but the strange thing, was that despite all the information held by the Directorate of Immigration in Rusafa they refused to provide me with a letter of recommendation under the justification of the fear of misapplication of this letter and that was said according to the instructions issued by the Ministry…!!!"
