Samia Aziz said, after her meeting with the Chairman of the Commission on Article 140, Raed Fahmi Minister of Science and Technology: The Chairman of the Commission on Article 140, confirmed to her the inclusion of the displaced Faily Kurds in Resolution No. 7, which provides for material compensation. The compensation includes a piece of housing land for those who had not received any real estate from the State, with an amount of 10 million dinars.

Most of the Faily Kurds were affected by the policies of the former regime. They were displaced from their home areas and their movable and immovable property were confiscated according to the unjust decision (666) issued by the Revolutionary Command Council at the time.
