Mohammed Jassim Allabban pointed out in an interview with Shafaq: The criminals and murderers who have committed crimes against the Faily Kurds and the Iraqi people in general must pay the cost of their actions.  The Faily Kurds' rights are the most neglected and overlooked issue as they were at the forefront of Iraqi society and among them there  are always the creators and intellectuals and politicians as well as they constitute the economic lifeline in Iraq. So the next government should put an integrated program for this segment to restore their rights. Today we can see that the Faily Kurds, despite all what they have been subjected to, still give everything they can to Iraq . With regard to Criminal Court in the case of the Faily Kurds he said: I do not think that the issue is concentrated in the descriptions, but the importance lies in the fairness conducted to this sect and  to find the legal institutions that protect them and help them to obtain their rights through pressure on the government, parliament. The  Iraqi political forces have to fulfill their obligations towards this important segment.
