Are Faily Kurds regarded as minority, despite their Kurdish nationality?!

Shafaq / Kifah Hadi
In our meetings with the people interviewed on the issue of the Faily Kurds, …

most of them confirmed  their belonging  to the Kurdish nation .Also they confirmed their refusal to the secret and open calls of taking them off their Kurdish nationality  . Today and in the critical circumstances in which Iraq is living , some projects started to crystallize and ripen in the way of making the Faily Kurds a minority similar to other minorities  through the pursuit of getting  at parliamentary representation within the quota that is  enjoyed by the Iraqi minorities
Shafaq polled several prominent Faily Kurdish personalities on this topic.
Among those we surveyed their opinions the student Nowruz, Board of Directors of Iraqi minorities member, who said to Shafaq: (From a constitutional standpoint, the Faily Kurds were mentioned in the preamble of the Constitution not in its other details, though we see that the preamble is a part of the Constitution).

He said: (We in political work do not cross with our brothers the Kurds but through our work in the minority we fixed 72 cases in the property disputes commission involving the Faily Kurds that have not been resolved so far and at the same time we discovered that there are gains and huge reparations received by some people thanks to their relations. So our cause must not remain moving between the politicians. But I would say reprovingly that the default is attributed to our brothers in the region.)   As for  the justifications put forward by some Kurdish political parties and leaders, and their default to support the Faily Kurdish issue Mahmoud Othman, MP from the bloc Kurdistan said : (The Faily Kurds are right according to my conviction and the two main Kurdish parties and  other Kurdish parties must care about the Faily Kurds issue more than before because  Faily Kurds have the right  to participate in the political process and have their positions in the state but this does not mean that some people  take certain ways that  lead to the fragmentation of the national flag and weaken the Kurdish position, which is reflected negatively on the parties).

The former Member of the Political Bureau of the National Union of Kurdistan,Aadil Murad  said In an interview with Shafaq that :(The  efforts of some people  to make the Faily Kurds as  minority did not come from a vacuum but it was the result of the marginalization of the Faily Kurds since 2003 which took place in stages  for unknown causes .For example the  list of 59 ambassadors  contained two of the Faily Kurds ,who were  nominated by the Da'awa Party  while the Kurdistani  parties did not nominate any one of the Faily Kurds, as well as in the negotiating paper, which included 19-point, compiled by the Kurds for their conversations with other Iraqi political parties did not mention anything about the Faily Kurds
MP Faily Kurd in the Parliament of Kurdistan Ali Hussein Faily asked: (Are we the Faily Kurds who are living  out of the region a minority? How can we look at ourselves as a minority? That we were a part of the Shiites, the Shiites are the majority in Iraq so we are so ,while if we were regarded as Kurds, the Kurds are the second nationality in Iraq and they are not a minority .We also have not known any of the Faily Kurd who has claimed that he was not a Kurd. Now we inquire about the goal of the brothers and sisters who are working to make the Faily Kurds minority.)
