and investigate the fate of thousands of martyrs and those who were made disappeared of the Faily Kurds as he wished for the families of Disappeared Persons to get news about the fate of their children: ( The sons of the Faily Kurds have no guilt except their insistence on their Kurdiaism  I hope that the Iraqi parliament in the next session of Parliament, especially members of the Kurds to discuss the case to reach  to a satisfactory conclusion about the fate of the Faily Kurds Martyrs).

The  Faily  woman citizen Um Chillan, who  lost many of her  dear people who were executed by the former regime , indicated: (I'm the daughter of the martyr Nasser Agali Mirza and two uncles and one of my cousins and another cousin of my mother were killed or were made disappeared .We did not get an answer or  result about their situation to the present day and  the only thing we got is that  we have been told by the Martyrs Foundation that the victims were executed by the buried regime followers . We did not know anything about their remains  or graves in spite of the fact that we spent a lot of money for this purpose .

For his part, Tariq Mandalawi an activist in the Faily civil society organizations explained : (That Faily, organizations many of which unfortunately did not have a united discourse  was not able to investigate the fate of the martyrs of Faily  Kurds, for many reasons, including the fiscal deficit and lack of experience, but today they are seeking with the two major Kurdish  parties to work together to achieve this and to clarify the fate of thousands of Faily Kurds who went as victims of policies of dictatorial regimes.
