Shafaq News/ Our guest this time lived the atmosphere of the difficult circumstances for years .He is the head of the Food Security Advisors to the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government. In this meeting we try to open our eternal files with him . Q / What prevents you from joining under the name of defending the identity of the Kurds and the presence of Faily Kurds ? Is it politics? Or lack of motivation and desire? Or what?- Yes this is true and we are working silently because the areas in which we work are the areas of art and they have  nothing to do with politics or issues of the Faily Kurds , but that does not make us forget that we are all Kurds and then Failis  and then Shiites and working in silence is not the lack of motivation or desire, but we have no strong desire. We feel it more than any other person of the sect, but people who cooperate and work with them and who are here now in Kurdistan need the so-called, in my opinion a new framework " generations intercommunication ," I say that there is a problem in the of intercommunication of generations and we, we the Failis are supposed, to understand it , and presumably the politicians (ancient) in Kurdistan to understand, because the new generation does not know anything about the Faily Kurds  at all.

Q / What can the Faily Kurds do to break the deadlock and put their feet on the ground and have their voices heard? Let's be clear and serious

- Introducing is a part of our duty we Failis,because the  blocs that have emerged on the political scene, especially those of  religious nature and it is natural that some Failis are affected by It . It true that it is the right of man to join any party he wants. I for example, as the Chancellor of the Prime Minister for matters of food and agriculture security, have no relationship to our cause, but this does not prevent me to stand and speak on issues of my segment because I can see their oppression more than anyone else. And we have a big problem because we do not get anything whether from the Government Center or Kurdistan as the Egyptian (we came out of the Prophet’s Birthday without chic-pea)

Q / you as having a connection with the people and the disputed lands do you try to draw attention to the their issue for the politicians who do not see it, except on the basis of domination?

Of course, these regions are affected more than others because we have between us and Iran about 44 rivers and creeks whose water had been cut off  and all the damage fell on us , and the political personnel at their meeting with the Prime Minister or any minister does not speak  about the lands and water cutting . They only talk about other secondary issues .The Faily Kurds have a history of the dark kind, and they should accept the change, I say that the most important thing for them is to build their city in Grimian or in the disputed areas under Article 140 because they have all the possibilities.

Q / How do you anticipate future prospects for the Kurds in general and the Faily Kurds in particular?- There is a fact which no one paid attention to it , that the Kurds inside the Arab Iraq, make up the second nationality, which is mostly Faily Kurds  , if, we are second nationality in Arab Iraq, and this thing is very important, despite all the disasters and tragedies that we witnessed , and in spite of murder, the deportation and displacement did not disappear in overnight. As for the new changes in the region I say they are a major scourge and  we can not talk about them now, but I am very optimistic that things will go for the better, because of the blessing of the youth.
