in Kurdistan Regional Government denied, that his ministry had moved two brigades  of the Peshmerga forces to Jalawla to Sa'adia counties in the governorate of Diyala.

He described the move of these cohorts as a (breach), "The agreement we signed with them, which consists of 12 points, one of which  provided that moving any force to the disputed areas should be done  with the consent of the parties, because the disputed areas were called common security zones , so no party can move  any force to it without the consent of the other side, " said he ,adding that" What have been carried out by  Diayala operations is a breach of the agreement signed between us. "
