that the armed groups adopted a new mechanism to destabilize security and stability in the governorate of Kirkuk.
"The governorate of Kirkuk witnessed a semi-stable situation in the past as a result of the efforts of the security forces, so the armed groups are  trying to destabilize the security and stability in it ." The MP Ala'a Talabani said in an interview with Shafaq.
Kirkuk has seen during the past period abductions of a large number of doctors belonging to different components.
