Thursday, that the formation of Regions would be a  guarantee for the participation of everyone in the administration of the state, considering the experience of the Kurdistan Region in this area as successful.
"The Kurdistan Alliance bloc calls for the formation of Regions , to make all feel that they are representatives of and participants in the management of the state," Said she,  indicating that " All components have got rights in the resources of the Iraqi state."

, "The successful experience of the Kurdistan Region has proved the rightness of Kurdistan Alliance bloc's  calling for the formation of Regions and applying the principles of federalism in Iraq". She continued.
It is said that the Article 119 of the Iraqi constitution stipulates that each governorate or more can form their own Region  based on a formal request by one-third members of the Council of that governorate or all of the governmental council to form its own region by collecting a tenth of signatures of its voters registered in the Electoral Commission
