its demand for cancellation of the decisions issued by the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council under which the confiscation of movable and immovable property of the Faili Kurds had been issued .
A member of the parliamentary Finance Committee Najiba Najib said in an interview with Shafaq "The Finance Committee has prepared a draft resolution for cancellation of the decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council under which the confiscation decisions of movable and immovable property of the Faili Kurds had been issued."
" The first and second reading of the draft resolution has been done in the House, and we are awaiting the vote on it ."
Najib explained that "The draft resolution included a demand that the executive bodies to speed up the return of confiscated money and calculate it  according to the prices of the present time."
What  the Kurds are suffering today in the recovery of their property is due to the absence of a political decision that should be issued by the state to cancel the decisions of the former regime, including the unfair decision 666 .
