Did you experience during your scientific career  any difficulties or problems as a result of lack of interest of officials?
*I have never had any problems during  my period of study, where the Kurdistani Regional Government gave full support and it facilitated transactions and covered all educational expenses. The government of Kurdistan  is giving ongoing support for the talents and studies in all disciplines, not only in the field of medicine.
* Dr. Mua'yyad belongs to the segment of Faily Kurds ... What are the reasons behind the reluctance of many of the Faily competencies owners  in the Diaspora to return to the homeland?
The main reason for the reluctance of many of the Faily competencies owners  in the Diaspora to return to Baghdad is not being treated fairly, as well as not getting their legitimate rights.
* How does Dr. Mua'yyad Faily  see the future of Iraq?
I see a new future, educated, prosperous and advanced, God willing.
Q: Does the privatization of medical services, contribute in upgrading the health situation in Iraq?
Yes, privatization of medical services will contribute in improving the health situation in Iraq because a lot of the Iraqi and foreign experience and health authorities will  compete to provide the best for the Iraqi people
