that the Ministry of Oil in the federal government turned the fields of Naft Khanah in the district from the North Oil Company to the Central Oil Company- Diyala fields Section while the Kurdistani coalition blocs warned of the consequences of this measure, fearing of the explosion of situation in the country.
"The mayor of Khanaqin Mohammed Mulla Hassan said , in an interview with Shafaq that the  Iraqi federal oil ministry made the decision without reference to the administration of the district which is the type of measure taken in the disputed areas. "
For his part, the MP from the coalition of political blocs Farhad Rasul warned from the repercussions of this procedure. He said in an interview with Shafaq :"The deduction of Naft Khanah from Khanaqin and renaming it and transforming its fields may cause the country to turn back to  the internal fighting, and destroy all that was built after 2003," calling on political parties "To comply with the agreements concluded between them in Erbil and Baghdad, which the application of Article 140,is one of their points."
