The Kurds in the disputed areas are suffering from political conflicts between the governments in Baghdad, and Erbil and from the deteriorating of the security, economic and service conditions as a result of lack of seriousness of the government in implementing the Article 140 of the Iraqi constitution, which addresses the conditions in these areas according to the mechanism that passes through three stages beginning with normalization and passing statistics, and finally a referendum on joining Kurdistan Region or not.
