The immortal Barzani, and the Aras River crossing

After the collapse of Mahabad republic for many reasons we  are not going to mention Mullah Mustafa Barzani…

had to take a difficult decision  especially he carried the hopes of a nation .After he refused to surrender to the Iranians he decided to withdraw from Kurdistan to the former Soviet Union on foot with a constellation of fighters, the Peshmerga said they were 500 fighters or more in 1947. The new generation  has to understand that the process was too harsh and full of obstacles and difficulties . It was not a march for entertainment or a scout trip  ,but it was a historical process . Mustafa Barzani struggle lasted  for more than 50 years. He was born in 1903 and passed away in 1979, meaning he lived nearly 76 years and most of his age was spent for the struggle.
More than 50 years of honorable and legendary struggle are worthy of immortalizing the man and making him the spiritual father of the Kurds.
