He was wise and he decided to impose his authority on those around him . That man found the medians living in isolated villages without central power . Therefore their life was overwhelmed by disorder . In those days  a man rose in his village and he worked hard in order to establish justice among his clan and people . He believed that   justice and oppression are contradictory and they are in an eternal conflict . When his conviction was fixed he started to call for that creed . People came to him to solve their affairs and when they found his judgments as to be just and impartial they sought to make him as a judge  to solve their differences . His name became popular throughout  other areas and they gave him their trust with no litigant .
