and weakened Faily Kurds, shaken their self-confidence, upset their group coherence, torn their social fabric, endangered their culture and threatened their self-awareness and identity. This in turn has created a sense of bitterness and demoralization among them. The sense of injustice and of being ignored neglected and sometimes snubbed by their Iraqi compatriots, whether Arabs or Kurds, has greatly contributed to a feeling of helplessness and hopelessness as well as a sense of crisis.

Being destroyed as backbone of the middle class of Iraqi society means the loss of the economic power they enjoyed earlier. Lack of representation in the centers of power (the Iraqi Parliament and Government) and diversity among Faily Kurd organizations have contributed to the weakness of their political power
