Medes were one of the clans that settled in Iran's past where they have lived in the northwest of what is now Iran and was home by the current geographical include Tehran, Hamedan ,Isfahan and Azerbaijan and the region Cardok. Based on the writings of Herodotus, the Medes were composed of 6 main tribes .They   were Bouza and Barestack and Strojat and Arya and body, and Mogae .Herodotus named the Median tribes as Aryans.

We did not know much about the origin of the Medes and based on the Old Testament of the Bible they are descendants of Japheth son of Noah and the first mention of them in Greek manuscripts was in 836 BC, when it was mentioned to pay the Medes tribute to the king of the Assyrian Shalmaneser III and there is some kind of consensus that the Medes were not Persian although they were close to each other.
According to Dr.. Ziyar in his book "Iran ..Arevolution in a Recovery". which was printed in November 2000 in Pakistan,that by the year 1500 BC two main Aryan  tribes migrated from the Volga River north of the Caspian Sea and settled in Iran. Those tribes were Alvarsitin and Almidetyn .  The medians who settled in the  north-western founded the kindom of  Media. And the other lived in the south in an area the Greeks later called Barciss, including the company name of Persia. However, the Medes and Persians called their new country the name of Iran, which means "land of Aryans"
There are strong beliefs to the Kurds that the Medes were one of the roots of the Kurdish people and highlights the conviction in what is considered by Kurds of their national anthem as there is in this song a clear signal that the Kurds are the "sons of the Medes," On the basis of the Kurdish historian Muhammad Amin Zaki (1880 - 1948) in his book "Compendium of History Kurds and Kurdistan," the Medes if they are not the core of the Kurdish people, they joined the Kurds and formed as he put it, "the Kurdish nation."
The stream convictions are based on the fact that the roots of the Kurds are the roots  of Aryan Medes . Based on the writings of Herodotus, the lineage of the Medes is due to the person named Diaco, who was leader of the tribal region of the Zagros Mountains in the mid-seventh century BC. The Medes won, their independence and formed the Empire of Media, and Frortic (665-633 BC) was the first emperor, and was succeeded by his son Hokstrh
Media empire by the sixth century BC to create a huge empire stretched from what is now Azerbaijan to Central Asia and Afghanistan. They merged with the Persians and the Medes is a lot of nationalities in the present day as an extension of the Medes  . They are Kalchord Aler and Asvhanniin and Azeris. Converted to the Zoroastrian religion. The Medes could destroy the capital of the Assyrians in Ninevehin in 612 BC,. This event inflicted fear in the hearts of the Babylonians, who took the initiative to hold a reconciliation with the Medes, where the Babylonian King Nebuchadnezzar, to marry the daughter of Emperor of the Medes Siacharis.The Medes influence continued in the region till the Persian king Cyrus defeated them  553 years BC.
