Faily Kurds between historical authenticity and loss of citizenship

The historical Studies and most of ancient archaeological excavations have shown …
that the oldest human clans that lived in the enclaves between the eastern sides of the Tigris and the Zagros Mountains dates back to more than 35000 years are as the following:
1- Lulions:
These clans have lived in the areas between Kermanshah in the north and "Kumait" city in the south and Ilam and Kurdistan in the east and Tigris River in the west. They are the original ancestors of the Lur.
2- Cassites: Their areas extended from Kermanshah and Peshtigo towards the eastern bank of Tigris. They invaded Babylonia and established their capital "Agargoof".They inhabited the mountains territory and their most prominent leader was "Kandish '' who made a union with the Kutians and Lulions.
3- Ilamites: Some scientists believe that Ilamites migrated from the mountains to the southern valleys of Iran before 4000 b.c. They conquered Babylonia and Hammurabi obelisk had been transferred to the city of "Sus".
4- Medians : Media included all the areas of Ilamites ,Cassites and the Lulions .The leader" Duke' had been elected as a leader of all Median tribes and he established the Median Kingdom .In that time the Medians had conquered the Assyrian Empire ( 612 B.C.)
Faily rulers in the late ages
Faily rulers governed the areas of Ilam and Kurdistan within the years"1598 -1929" until the Atabican state extinction . Their rule lasted for 331 years.
Faily Kurds and the Iraqi state
The most important evidence that proves the Iraqi identity of Faily Kurds is that they formed the majority of the population in areas constricted between the eastern Tigris on the Gulf and Khanaqin and Jalawla'a in the north. The best witness on their Iraqi association is the nomination of ( Ghulam Redha Hussein Quli Khan), the ruler of Kurdistan to the throne of Iraq together with the other Arab nominees , Faisal Bin Ali , Talib Alnaqeeb and Sheik Khaz'al of Muhammra .
The Iraqi governments and the subjection concept
After the foundation of the Iraqi state , many laws had been legislated .One of them was the Iraqi Nationality Act by which the racist forces divided the Iraqis into many factions according to the subjections apart from the other considerations . So this conception encompassed even those who were from the Ottoman subjection who had no official documents due to their illiteracy or ignorance as well as the belief of some people that there was no need to those documents because of their simple life.
The social status of the Faily Kurds in the Arab areas
Iraq lived long periods successively in which the Iraqis suffered the absence of law and the regular political regime. Therefore they were driven to follow the tribal system which replaced the state to perform the duty of individual protection and support him in case of facing distresses.
Hundreds of thousands of Kurds went far away from their tribe centers. SO they lived in the south cities and joined the big Arab tribes such as (Beni Lam , Tai and Rabiea )and dozens of other tribes .This compulsory situation led them to forget their mother tongue and change their national clothes and wear Arabic dress like Abaya or Igal .The same situation had been repeated in other areas though in a little less manner than what happened in the south.
