by the late Mir Ali with the assistance of all houses in the (Akd Alakrad) area and was famous in Baghdad, along with other Iraqi cities, and during his career that had spanned more than half a century he devoted his efforts in most of the occasions to recite the national poems and speeches,. So he was arrested more than once by the Ba'athist authorities .His major career was greengrocery and also he was the Founder of the first union of carriers. Mulla Sha'aban continued in his march of religious, social, political givings till his death in 1983 God bless Mullah Sha'aban, as well as all the other symbols of the Iraqi people.

Since 1958 he was a prominent syndicalistic. In spite of his being a greengrocer, he was a folkish poet He composed and recited patriotic folkish poetry, for he embraced the patriotic leftist thought and that was what imprinted his poetry. He used the Hussaini processions and marches to recite his poetry which contained different political subjects

2-He recited a poem for the occasion of the 11th of March agreement declaration which came across the occasion of Imam Hussein's death (the Ashura day of Shiites) .

3- When Kurds demanded their rights one of which was federation he recited:

4- When ex- president Abdul Salam Aarif traveled to Egypt to declare the triple unity, he recited a poem which caused him to be arrested:-
