After he had got a bachelor  degree he  left to Britain to continue a struggle of another kind .It was a struggle of science .Iskandar studied the  international relations, history, and in particular  the history of his nation. He got the Master degree and his Ph,D with merit. His many books today are valuable sources of scholars one of which is about (the provincial  regime establishment in Kurdistan), and also a book on the concept of self-determination and another book about the  issue of the Faily Kurds at the time of the former regime
