Lebanese publishing houses will issue a comprehensive scientific encyclopedia of civilization and the history of Kurdistan soon

in the framework of  solid and documented scientific  academic  research in collaboration with the Research Center of Lebanon in an attempt to open up to the cultural scene in the province which is attracting a lot of Arab and foreign publishing  houses through holding specialized international exhibitions and a network of libraries in the Kurdish cities.Nobliss  company for Books in Beirut, as well as the World of Knowledge company  would provide during the next six months, a new encyclopedia of Kurdish history and civilization in the framework of their projects of issuing a number of sound scientific encyclopedias.  Minister of Culture and Youth in Kurdistan Regional Government Kawa Mahmoud says" the spread of the offices of Arab publishers in Kurdistan region indicates that there is a Kurd Books reader in Arabic, and this invalidates the views that there is reluctance among the Kurdish citizens to read books in Arabic Literature." He added that the "increased role of the Arab publishing in Kurdistan is  an expression of interest in culture and reading." Expressing hope that "The publishing houses, will support our work in the Ministry of Culture, , and we want cooperation with all cultural institutions and wish them every success" . Aso Hassan, Director General of the Department of Public Libraries in the province of Kurdistan indicated "the Kurdish people read in  Arabic and there are many important books written in this language and Kurdish citizens seek to gain knowledge, whatever the language, also that the Arabic language is one of the most important languages in the world. "and we can see the capital of the Kurdistan region has been active in Arab publishing and publications, including the Lebanese, in particular, which began to open offices in Kurdistan". The Nobliss company  was founded in 1985 and opened an office in Kurdistan region in 2007,while the World of Knowledge company opened its first branch in Kurdistan region of Iraq last Thursday
