Shamal A'adil Salim : The bombing of the Iraqi parliament, is counted as the first of its kind that has been occurred inside the Green Zone for more than four years

Observers  counted it as a setback and a serious turning point in the security file, witnessed by the Green Zone) fortified with cameras . Central Baghdad on November 28, 2011 witnessed a car bomb explosion near the House of Representatives, killing and wounding five civilians, including the spokesman of the Kurdistan Alliance, Mr. (Mua'yyad Tayyib) and killing one of the protection elements of MP Ja'afar al-Moussawi). The Office of President of the Council of the representatives (Osama Najafi), said that the bombing was an attempt against his life..!! , While Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki said that the bombing was targeting him personally..!! , Stressing that the car was booby-rapped inside (Green Zone) with preliminary articles of local manufacture..!!

On this basis, the Iraqi Council of Representatives issued during the past days, a very important decision about (bicycles instead of armored cars) purchase for its members, and all members of the presidencies, ministers and the judiciary, to be used daily, by them especially during the performance of their duties and their daily service to the people and the nation. Those who cannot ride a bicycle, the  House of Representatives  would give the immediate assistance for an additional budget for the purchase or Tricycles or Quartet wheels ..!!

In the opinion of experts, researchers and those interested in the war on Iraq that this decision will contribute to and effective in reducing the (terrorist attacks), especially after the increased cases of car bombs and roadside bombs in recent times, in the capital Baghdad, in general, in (Green Zone) in particular. In addition ,the bike riding is  a kind of sports for active body, and help to (lose weight .. diet, fat burning), and helps to strengthen the muscles of the legs and the blood circulation and joints of the body, and easy to drive, low-cost, with light and fast movement and it can bypass congestion and bottlenecks irrigated easily after the capital of Baghdad city becoming (concrete blocks) and (checkpoints), which is one of the reasons affecting the jams in Iraqi cities, a chronic problem for the residents of the capital in particular .. In addition ,the bike reduce air pollution, they do not emit toxins into the atmosphere like cars, motorcycles .. And low exposure of the collision .... etc..

Some analysts and politicians said that it is very important commitment of Representatives and the Iraqi ministers are to wear a helmet on the head while riding a bike, especially after they became more understanding (of their work as representatives of people's true .. and as role models and model them after the established concepts of true democracy in them and in their mentality), especially after he arrived to the conclusion that: (that the issue of armored cars and the salary mass and benefits fiction and leave the collective and to travel outside the country and throwing accusations) is the main reason for widening the gap between them and the people who still suffer from poverty, unemployment and death free and toxins sectarian destructive, corruption and injustice in the distribution of resources of the country .. In addition to promoting a culture of cycling by the representatives of the people means the transfer of environmentally-friendly, instead of cars and motorcycles is a bold step in the right direction ..!!

Finally, I say .. Congratulations to Iraq and the Iraqis .  Congratulation for our oppressed people (the owners of tinplate  houses with roughest and most types of poverty and deprivation in their country of Iraq, which floats on a lake of oil and has the third largest reserves of it in the world!) On this wonderful historic achievement..!!

Dear honored MPs... Congratulations to us because of you and your insistence and your determination and devotion to the cause of the people and the nation... You have proved again with high merit that you are the safety valve for this country and its sanctities..!
