Shafaq News/ Kurdistan Alliance bloc, confirmed that talks between the government delegation were limited with the federal government only, noting that there are positive indications to resolve disputes and the unresolved issues between Erbil and Baghdad.
The MP of the coalition of Kurdish blocs Chuan Mohamed Taha said in an interview with "Shafaq News" "The delegation of Regional government will be limited in his talks with the federal government only to resolve disputes and unresolved issues between Erbil and Baghdad, the most prominent of which are oil and gas law, Article 140, and the salaries of the Peshmerga forces, and some issues relating to the Ministry of Finance. "
The leader of the coalition of Kurdish blocs, Mahmoud Othman confirmed to "Shafaq News" that the talks of the delegation of regional government with the federal government in Baghdad will be based on three axes, one of them is the contentious issues relating to agreements between the political blocs, and the other is the remainder of the Kurdish paper, and the outstanding problems between Erbil and Baghdad.
"The differences between the Regions and federal governments a natural question and it is present in all federal states, which exercise the democratic process," Taha said that, noting that "there are positive indications to resolve the outstanding issues between Erbil and Baghdad."
The Kurdish political delegation concluded which included Fouad Hussein, President of the Office of the Presidency of the Kurdistan Region and Fadhil Mirani, secretary of the Political Bureau of the Democratic Party of Kurdistan, and Mullah Bakhtiar, an official working body of the political bureau of the National Union, at the beginning of this month, its talks with leaders of political parties and blocs, in preparation for the coming of the delegation of Regional government
The main outstanding issues in the agreements between the political blocs are : the formation of the National Council for the strategic policies which is the maturity of the Iraqi List, and the enactment of the oil and gas, and the application of Article 140 of the Constitution, and the allocation of a budget for the Peshmerga, one of the most important conditions of the Kurds in the negotiating paper to participate in the current government.
