Ali Hussein Faily/ With hearts filled with pain we received the news of the sinking of a number of our fellow Faily Kurds in an unfortunate accident last mid-December in a worn wooden boat by which  they were eager to access to promised safety in Australia in search of a new home to embrace them, to heal wounds left by their alleged homeland. They did not think that it will bring them to their final resting place . What  increases the sorrow of this terrible calamity is the suspicious lack of attention to the incident by official Iraqi circles, including, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Immigration and displacement  and  human rights ministry, as well as Iraqi media circles  which did not quote the news as if the victims are not Iraqis, but they are just "illegal immigrants". News received confirmed that at least sixty Faily Kurds were drowned. They were  displaced from Iraq to Iran, and they had no any identification papers and were killed in distant seas. But the Iraqi media and in particular the Kurdish media kept silent about it  Is the reason that they are Faily Kurds? Or is it  because they are outside the Iraqi border and have no significance?. As for those who play on the Faily issue cons, I think they wish to repeat such tragedies through which to reach their suspicious goals.

We in Shafaq also acknowledge the failing to cover the event as it is supposed to be and this is due to  be non-notified, by any close source such as the families of the victims with the necessary information or even their names, where it was possible to highlight it largerly  if we had that information. I am in my capacity as Deputy of the Parliament of Kurdistan, I can not bring the issue of no evidence or witnesses to be proved and this is what the  Criminal Court used to ask our sect to present   and this requires our brothers the Faily characters  to help us by  providing  what they can to support launch our cause in all the forums. The admonition here to our brothers the Faily Kurds themselves are failing to understand the lack of detail, to deliver the media news, which is now accessible to everyone.

May God have mercy on the souls of our martyrs and the wide forgiveness  for them and we hope the Almighty may inspires their families patience and solace and to make this sorrow a cause to bring us together and unite our ranks and shorten distances between us.
